TeamViewer Host customization applies partially (without policy)

Hello,

I am trying to install TeamViewer Host v15.38.3 on Windows machine and then applying customization (a .zip file downloaded from TeamViewer Management Console). The customization applies only partially (logo, colors), without policy (current settings are kept, not changed by policy).

Not sure whether there is a bug or I'm doing something wrong. I follow this guide: https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/109645-apply-your-customization-to-an-installed-module (both --id and --path have the same effect)
