Change name pc

Hey

When i add my pc to managed devices – has name SUPPORT-USER-1

i change PC name to ENGINEER-PC-1

but pc name didn't change in console and client

Why didn't dynamic name synchronization happen?

There are two possibilities for you to change the name of the PC:

• Manual change: you can edit the name of the PC from your Computers & Contacts list (either in the TeamViewer Client or the Management Console)
• Run a command line: you can run the following command on the PC itself:

C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\TeamViewer.exe" assign --api-token XXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXXX --alias %computername% --group-id gXXXXXXXX --grant-easy-access --reassign
