Many moons ago there used to be a generic QuickSupport available to free version TeamViewer users. This made it very simple to provide help to my parents without them installing the full TeamViewer client. I live in a different state than my folks.
At some point, it appears that you can only get a QuickSupport feature if you have a commercial license for it. My parents really have a very difficult time using the full TeamViewer client to the point I cannot get them to use it. And I cannot get on their computers to help them with computer problems they encounter and/or create.
Is there still no way to get a "generic" QuickSupport to use when using the free version of TeamViewers for family members?
Thanks.
