How do I open a support ticket?

I need to access a recorded session. I recorded a session in TeamViewer, and when I try to play back the saved .tvs file I get an error that says "The session player file ~.tvs could not be opened."
I've posted twice, but no one has responded.

No, it did not help. I was aware of that, I just get dumped back out into the main area after trying to sign in. What would actually help is being able to play the .tvs file, but no one seems to know how to do that, and the software does not work.
