Problem adding existing user to Tensor account!

 Hello,

 I am in trouble with adding user that already did register an account in TeamViwer with our companies email address.

 When I try to add him with the link: https://login.teamviewer.com/cmd/joincompany it ends up in an error message:

 You cannot log in with Single Sign-On. The TeamViewer license assigned to your account does not support Single Sign-On. Please contact your company administrator.

 And I can not create new user for him because his email address is already in use.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community!

 To join that user's account to your company, please follow the instructions below:

1. The first step is to exclude the account in question from SSO in TeamViewer.
   • Open the Management Console ➜ Single Sign-On ➜ Edit domain ➜ Exclusions
2. The second step is that the user needs to log into their account on Management Console and go to:
   • User Management ➜ Join existing company ➜ Enter company's admin email address. 
3. After the company admin accepts the user's request to join the Company Profile, the user's account needs to be removed from the exclusion list.
4. The user can now log in under SSO (the user will be prompted for their password for a one-time SSO activation.)
