Good morning (or afternoon or evening) all!
I am writing this post because I am having many issues connecting remotely with TeamViewer. I have set up Easy Access, Unattended Access, all of the accesses, but our office PC's can not be used from home as the connections aren't working unless someone physically goes in and opens up our PC. I was told by TeamViewer support that we can "wake up" the pc from home as long as the PC is on and connected to the internet, but that doesn't seem to be the case. We have enabled everything we were told to (at least I think), Easy Access, Start TeamViewer with windows, and Unattended Access, but it still wont allow us to "wake up" the computers from home.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
