I have the same issue. TeamViewer showed once, after an update I think, but after normal reboot it is not visible.
When I start it, either from Terminal or from the App Drawer there is no icon in the system tray nor does it show a window.
But in the Terminal if I do: sudo teamviewer daemon restart
Suddenly it shows.
TeamViewer 15.46.5 (DEB) on Ubuntu 22.04 up to date.
I had to revert to a cinimon gui. TV kept failing to start under plasma gui.
