Apologies but this is probably a wierd request. We are a Software support desk and occasionaly have to help with faults directly on the machine, however our team members have since become for want of a better term, LAZY! Since we introduced Teamviewer.
We want to know if this has been requested before or even something that migh be useful but a way of Users having to seek authorisation from a Team Manager, to which the Manager has to approve on their machine the outgoing connection.
So Consultant A enter the credentials of the end machine or selects from Service Queue and tries to connect. This awaits authorisation and flags on the mnanagers screen that a user wants to connect so the manager can review what the outgoing connection is for.
I hope this make sense.
