Remote Session, when logging in, comes up with white screen
For some reason when I try logging into a contact I get this white screen. When I click on the session nothing happens. I have verified on the other end that they see me remoted into the computer but I can not do anything. I have tried rebooting my PC, disabled hardware acceleration and I am still unable to get it to work properly. I checked for updates on TV and I am on the latest version. Any suggestions on how to get this resolved?

It seems to be working now for some reason.....
I did change some video settings and it appeared to work now but when it was not working on any remote connection I would try to make. I tried another connection which I had not adjusted after and it works.
Odd that it works now with only changing the video settings on one of the connections....
