Where is my activation email

I have not received my activation email.
Not in spam.
Please assist.

Have you received other emails from us such as your invoice or a payment confirmation?
If yes, you should also have received the email with the following subject: [Your TeamViewer License Activation - Your Account number]
All those emails must have been sent to you the day you ordered your subscription.
If you don't find anything in your email folders on that specific date, please come back to us.

Here are the emails received, but the account was never activated...
I clicked on activate your account and this is what i got :
Very frustrating as my account says free account, but doesnt even allow that, and kicks me out.
Please advise urgently.

Also not receiving on our business domain email, where can I find it? This is our business domain here.

After informing the dedicated team internally, my colleagues have sent you one more time the activation email.
💡 To protect your personal data, we recommend never mentioning any confidential information such as invoice number or mail address on a forum (that is why we blurred your email address in the second screenshot).
