    Hi @MadBajsi,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our TeamViewer Community!

Please know that TeamViewer is free for personal use.

If you purchase a license for commercial use, could you please provide us with the type of license you acquired as well as the error message you're receiving?

Hint: You can find an activation guide for all licenses in our article: 📄 License Activation Guides - Overview

I'm looking forward to your reply! 🙋‍♀️

    Hi

I got the TeamViewer Remote Access for single users, but now i can't find Access Remote Computer, that i can access to my friends, who needs my help with there problems on the computer. It's not the same as was before, where i can put the ID from my friends. Only if i sign out i can see the input field for access remote computer. So when i put the ID inside and click on connect, i recieve a message that i'm Commercial use suspected. So how can i solve this?

    Hi @MadBajsi, 😄

To activate your Remote Access licenses please follow the steps here.

This license allows you to have up to 3 partner IDs listed in your Computers & Contacts list.

Therefore, after the activation, you just need to log in to TeamViewer with your account, and on the Remote Access tab, click on + Add computer to add your friend's device ID number.

💡Hint: After the license activation, you can also contact our customer service directly by ticket. Instruction on how to open a support ticket you can find here: 📄 Submit a ticket

Let us know how it goes, and if you need any further help.

Ok i know that, but it's not only one friends. It's a lot of them that i help them ... it's a kind a hobby from me to help them out in my free time. So if i add one more, than i will reached the maximum nummber of computers and the problem is still not fixed.

    Hi @MadBajsi,

    Thanks for the clarification!

Based on the information provided, you could take different paths accordingly to your use case:

    • If you're using TeamViewer commercially, and you remotely connect to more than 3 devices to provide support, we advise you to contact our sales team to check the best plan for you to upgrade your license.
    • If you just using TeamViewer for personal use and you have no need for a commercial license, you will need to contact our support team via ticket to request the cancelation - we cannot assist with cancelations requests in our Community Forum.
      • 💡Hint: If you believe your TeamViewer was incorrectly flagged by commercial use, you can submit our reset form, so your case can be revised.

I hope this information can help you!

Let us know if we can help you with anything else.
