    As it is giving 7 days money back guranteee.I already applied on customer portal and contacted via mail.No reply till date I come either on phone or mail.Just saying wait for 5-6 days.Suggest what to do.

    Thanks for your response.

    I wish to let my position.I am service engineer looking after the responsibility to day to day support and service providing . of computer maintenance.I wish to use single user and want to connect at a time maximum 3 pc and can able to provide upto 200 PC support service.

    Suggest what you offer to me to suit my requirement.

    Till Date no refund I received.Teamviewer Customer Support worst service.

    No response from them about my refund.Waiting for their response.Kindly suggest.

    Or We have to approach Consumer Court regarding it.
