Hi Team,

I am deploying TV with an MSI using the following cmd command:

msiexec.exe /i "TeamViewer_Full.msi" /qn APITOKEN=xxx CUSTOMCONFIGID=xxx ASSIGNMENTOPTIONS="--alias %computername% --grant-easy-access --group-id gxxx --reassign"

The installation is correct and it is assigned to the correct group in the admin panel and I can connect to it, however, the client appears as a free version and the user is not signed in. How can I automatically force the user to sign in in the client?

The script you are using is correct to deploy a custom full client with the assignment options.

However, the sign-in in the client, once the deployment has been successfully done, must be done manually.

Once the users will sign in, they will not have to sign in again.

Hi @JenW ,

Thank you for your reply. I did open a ticket with the support team and they informed me that this Full Client is only for technicians and that the host is for users that receive assistance. This clarifies why there are 2 agents. Unfortunately, this is not explained in the documentation and I had to figure it out. If I might provide feedback, this is something to improve in the documentation.
