How to remote control ipad pro with windows and linux operating system?

I want to remotely control my iPad Pro using TeamViewer with a device running Windows operating system. When using TeamViewer specifically, I am only able to establish a connection as a video screen share. I need assistance with the steps required to establish a remote control connection.
