For years, my clients, some quite elderly, have depended on me to assist them with their computer needs remotely. With the new upgrades, it is almost impossible for them to figure out how to allow me access to their devices.
this company is definately looking to down size and reduce their workforce ...this version is doing a great job of that.
It is not in customer's benefit to make the program difficult to use in order to downsize. They might be out of business soon.
