Purchased Business license but account still says "free"

We were using teamviewer to connect to a client site that had a teamviewer client setup, so we were using the trial. It expired, fair enough.

Paid for teamviewer business, but now it says my account is still on a "free" plan.

Don't get access to business support have to come here.

After ordering your license, you should have received an activation email to activate your license to your TeamViewer user account.
