it's getting harder and harder to get my customers to just use the quicksupport exe from teamviewer. at first, they had to consent to cookies, which isn't a problem i guess because that's the only option there. with the latest updates, they have a window that comes up that says "accept all cookies", and "Download Teamviewer". my customers do not need the full version of teamviewer, just the quick support. if you click on "download teamviewer", it downloads the full version. the only way to download quick support is if they click on accept all cookies. since i don't look at this screen very often because there really wasn't a reason to for several years, i was unaware of this change until i was talking to an elderly customer who doesn't know much about computers and really doesn't need anything more than just the quick support icon, it became very confusing and complicated. if you are getting rid of quick support, please just tell us and we'll cancel our contract and go elsewhere. this is getting frustrating.
