Can't login for two days with my real account waiting for support a second time for 90 minutes+

TeamViewer app logged me out 2 days ago and teamviewer id changed. I'm not getting any of these **bleep** add trusted device emails so I can't log back in.

On hold for over 90 minutes and counting waiting for support again. Do I need to set aside an entire afternoon to get this sorted out. One of the few times in probably 10 years I need support and I can't get them.

It can happen that the reception of trusted devices emails have some delays. We advise you to double-check the spam and junk folder.

You also may consider adding the TeamViewer domain to your email server-allowed list like this: *.teamviewer.com

Eventually someone finally answered last night and resolved the issue in about 10 seconds, which is certainly annoying considering all the time I had to sit on hold for those 10 seconds.

Your support team "added my email address to your mail system" whatever that means. I immediately I tried to login a second later the email came right through, after two days of trying.

I've had this account for 10 years so why your authentication system needs some kind of manual addition of my email address all of a sudden I have no idea.

Whatever it was, it was on TeamViewer's side I'm afraid.
