in the past, i used TeamViewers business and for all of my users I install TeamViewers Free Version
I keep ID and set up fixed password of each devices so that i can access them any time when they got internet signal

With TeamViewer Remote, we recommand you to install the Host module and then assign it to your TeamViewer account.
You'll not need to set up a fixed password on the remote side anymore, just your credentials for the assignment.
