Hello @david2kim,
Thank you for reaching out to us in the TeamViewer Community! We appreciate the detailed set-up description and screenshots from your side!
I would have to ask the following questions about the TeamViewer app.
- Did the app start connecting to the Host or there was no reaction from the app?
- Did you see any error message from the TeamViewer Remote Control app on Samsung S23 Ultra?
Hope to hear from you and let us work together for a positive outcome.
Best,

Hello @Ying_Q,

2. Did you see any error message from the TeamViewer Remote Control app on Samsung S23 Ultra?
- App was no reaction S23 Ultra only(Fig 4). Note 9 was reaction(Fig 3).
- no error message from the TeamViewer Remote Controll app on S23 Ultra.

Thank you for the quick reply! @david2kim
In Fig 3, the top banner shows there is an incoming connection to Samsung Note 9.
May I confirm with you if you start the remote connection from the mobile device or the Windows?
Because each TeamViewer app works differently for incoming and outgoing remote connections.

Hello @Ying_Q
Yes, at the Note 9 incoming connection only.
Yes, S23 Ultra is not incoming connection at the same time, even same setting both Note 9 and S23 Ultra.
I confirmed allow from windows first, after then incoming to mobile.
If I not confirmed allow from windows, mobile can not incoming connection.

Hi @david2kim,
Thank you for sharing the additional information.
I believe that I understand better about your connection setup and the key issue.
For remote connections from a PC to a mobile device, TeamViewer QuickSupport or TeamViewer Host apps should be installed and used on the mobile device. You may find more detailed instructions on the part on the supported Android device from the Knowledge-Based article - Connections From Mobile to Mobile Devices.
In a short form:
- Windows PC - TeamViewer Full client
- Android device - TeamViewer QuickSupport or TeamViewer Host. These two mobile apps can be found and downloaded from the TeamViewer download page or your Google Play.
Additionally, the Universal add-on for Android may need to be installed on the Samsung S23 Ultra. If you see the prompts for installation, please complete the installation before having any remote connection.
At last, I would like to share the FAQ : Remote control for Android with you.
Let me know how it goes on your side and I really hope the connection works this time.
Best,

Hello @Ying_Q
It is NOT that I'd like to remote connection from a PC to mobile device.
I'd like to remote connection from PC to PC, and I'd like to control TFA via mobile device at the sametime.
It should be mobile device is S23, it is not note 9.
- note 9 is good working TFA
- S23 is not working TFA
