I just signed up for TeamViewer over the weekend, switching from **Third Party Product**. When I used TeamViewer over the weekend it was much faster using my remote Mac than it ever was with **Third Party Product**. It was scrolling fast and seemed as if I was sitting at my computer at the office.
Monday I used TeamViewer and, again, it was awesome. Last night when I logged in and tonight again when I would scroll or do anything on the remote Mac it is very jaggy scrolling. It is very pixelated when it is scrolling and when you stop scrolling it takes a couple of seconds for the screen to populate the text and all correctly.
I'm using Mac to Mac. I've rebooted both machines and rebooted the routers and everything. It is driving me crazy. How do I fix this?
I've messed with the optimization settings and all.
Also, paid for the account on Saturday and still no activation links sent and it says in the TeamViewer customer portal that my order is still processing.
HELP. 😂
