Cannot get TeamView 12 to make contact with remote laptop.

Hello.

My problem is;

I have installed TeamView 12 on my laptop and have the ID and password and I have also installed TeamView 12 on the remote laptop and have its partner ID. When I try to connect to the remote laptop using its ID I get the 'unable to connect' info. See attachment. Both laptops are connected to the internet and are using it and TeamView is running on both laptops. Any suggestions ?

Connection issues can be caused by different factors, so we would need to test and check a few settings.

My first advice would be to follow the steps in our troubleshooting article below since instability with IPv6 is a very common cause of connection issues.
