Sessions freeze up with new interface / updates? Solution is....
About 2 weeks ago I clicked on New Interface which then prompted me to update my hosts. No only is the new interface hard to navigate, the sessions would randomly freeze up. Going back to the old version does not help. I am sure I am not the only one. I called support and they remoted in and turn off the UDP and hardware acceleration. So far my remote sessions do not freeze.
Try it.
TURN OFF UDP AND HARDWARE ACCELERATION in advanced settings.
I don't know why they don't announce this as a solution. Maybe they have the update for fixing the bug coming up and don't want people to go back and forward with the settings.
