Sounds like your TeamViewer isn't configured correctly. You could try running this is Command Prompt (as admin) to force the assignment to your account/company.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\TeamViewer.exe" assign --api-token 123456789-12345678901234567890 --group "GroupName" --grant-easy-access --reassign
