Can someone please help me. I have TV'd with my mom for over a year but tonight TV is blocking my connection. Says I must create an online account. So I created an account, verified the account and am logged in but continue to receive the 2 pop up windows 1) Connection blocked and 2) must login with account yet I am logged in. Tried for over 1 hour to find solution to no avail and not able to help my mom with her computer. Please help!
Just spent an hour on this forum to find out this update is a **bleep** and my issue os not me but this upgrade which is a disaster! My 91 year old Mom needs help with her iMac but I am unable to connect because TV decides to destroy what was an easy product to use rendering it unusable!
