Hello TeamViewer Community,
I have encountered an authentication issue while trying to establish a connection using TeamViewer. I am receiving the following error message: "Authentication Error - Unable to Establish Connection."
I have double-checked my login credentials and made sure they are correct. However, despite entering the correct username and password, I am still unable to authenticate and connect successfully.
I have tried restarting both the TeamViewer application and my device, but the issue persists. I have also ensured that my internet connection is stable and working properly.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on resolving this authentication error. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows of a possible solution, please share your insights.
