Hi! I'm Dustin and I have been using TeamViewer for years. Works like a charm.

Now, I have a computer illiterate father and uncle with 5 combined computers. I have 7 kids, 5 of them with laptops as well as one computer in the boy's room. I have 3 computers and my girlfriend has 1 laptop.

Here's my question:

The website states that it's free for personal use and that fact can't be overstated. I'm not really sure how that can be balanced with only 3 managed devices in the new version? It just seems like they're saying one thing and doing another.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but I'm posting here for clarification.

I think I have the right end of this. If you do not need the unattended operation side of things you simply install the TV software and then get them to click on the right of the two buttons. This take you to a screen with their ID and a password. Although it is not as easy as just having them assigned and in a nice list, it does mean that you seem to be able to support anyone without anything more than this little bit of information.

Not ideal, as I see it, but a possible work around for you.
