My Team Viewer Remote Access Licence doesn't show up in TeamViewer App, still shows FREE LICENCE
I had an existing free account. Today I purchased Remote Access Licence. Never received licence activation email (apparently sent).
So now, I have the TeamViewer app that doesn't show my licence. However, when I log in to my portal, my licence shows as active.
I am not sure how to link my app with my licence. I hope someone can help.

Could you please let us know if you have already added remote computers to your account as described in the activation process article below?

My mail exchange server was blocking email containing license activation link. TeamViewer team resent it again. All working fine 🙂
