Hello,

Today I've turned on the computer and it showed me in the lower right corner the panel that shows when someone is connected.

It got me worried because no other computer with remote access was on and it doesn't show who is connected?

Is this a bug or am I getting hacked?

PS: And when I try to close the program it says there are active connections

    Hi @golbit,

Thank you for sharing your case with our Community!

Have you set up unattended access on your device? Did you establish a recent connection to this device that hasn't been closed properly?

From my side, I couldn't reproduce the issue with a blank TeamViewer panel.

To secure your device, we recommend you configure an allow list and Two-Factor Authentication for connections.

Also, please check out our article about Restrict access for connections.

Hope this can help you and if this situation happens again, please come back to us!

    Stay safe,

    Jen

    Hello Jen,

Computers that I manage also have access to each other computer.

But usually I'm the one accessing the others, there wasn't any computer online from that list, so that is odd.

I will configure the allow list, the Two-Factor Authentication and keep an eye for any uncommon behavior.

    Thank you for your feedback.
