Hello,

We have a corporate license that our designated 3rd Parties connect in to use.

However they are now being asked to create an account. Is this all they need a free account and that our licensed session will be suffice for this to work as it did before?

We have been told the 3rd party needs a commercial or business license provided to them from us?

That is correct. The license is required on the end making the remote connection. The endpoint at your location can just be the free host installation.

That said, you could create users for them on your licensing. That is a very pricey option to just give away some remote software to a 3rd party. Your questioned sounded plural too. So that pricing also turns into how many concurrent sessions you need or want to pay for.
