Mobile to Mobile Connection Issues
I'm a new User just this week. It looks like a great product.
I want to VIEW my friend's Android-12 phone (Quick Support installed) on my own Android-13 phone (Remote Control installed). I do NOT want to CONTROL (yet). Both phones are connection to 4G/5G mobiles networks (different carriers).
It works well for a short while, but after a minute two, the connection fails.
I am wondering if the connection failures might be caused by the mobile networks, having insufficient signal.
Is that likely? Where else should I look for the cause? Note: all other apps work perfectly on both phones.
Any advice would be appreciated.
