Session very slow when connecting to Windows 11

Hi everyone,

I'm currently using TV 15.42.7 with Premium license and I try to keep up to date all the remote installations that I need to manage.

Whenever I connect to a Windows 11 PC the session is really slow, screen refreshes every 30 seconds, file transfer is unusable and so is the file box and the chat. Both PCs are connected to a 1Gbps optic fibre.

No problems at all when connecting to any other OS regardless of the age of the computer and the speed of the connection. Just on Windows 11. All "my" Windows 11 PCs are running 22H2 version.

Any ideas about what can be the problem?

Hi @VPSW,

We heard similar issues. One thing that could work would be to disable UDP during the connections on the impacted computers.
