    Hi @dkono1,

    Thank you for your post.

    If you are referring to the random password, it can be found on the main interface of the full client and the Remote Support menu after signing in. And you can use the circular arrow icon next to the password in order to generate a new password.

    I understand your response however in my situation I can not generate a new password by following this procedure. I have reloaded the program several times with the same result. Very frustrating because I have used TeamViewer for years with no issues until this latest version.

    Also have the same issue on a PC which had Teamviewer Host and the option to generate a one-time password was enabled. Click the button but not password, blank. Uninstalled Teamviewer Host and removed settings, then tried Teamviewer Quicksupport and Quicksupport won't give us a password either. However, get this, it still lets us connect with the old static password.

    Something is broken on the Teamviewer side where it's holding onto the static password and ignoring the settings.
