Why is Teamviewer destroying customer business?

New problem today with Teamviewer, I have many remote machines setup for unattended access and today when I try to connect to most of them the remote machine is asking the remote user to approve the login. When the user approves the login I dont have control of the mouse or desktop.

Thank you for your post!

There might be a setting in the TeamViewer options which causes this behavior.

Therefore, please check which option you have chosen for the Access Control in the Advanced settings for the connections to other computers.

To get there follow the steps below:

Click on the gear icon in the TeamViewer Client to open the settings
Open the Advanced settings
Scroll down to Advanced settings for connections to other computers
Choose Full Access under Access Control
