Problem with Technicien connexion

Hi,

Since two weeks , we have had an issue with our Teamviewer

Many technicians told me that they could only one time to a client.

They're connect and help a client, finish the session and if there's a need to connect a second time, the same technician (same computer) cannot connect anymore.

If another technician (in another computer) connects to the ID, everything works perfectly.

Can you please help us !
