Teamviewer always reports some PCs always online (even if it's off)

I've recently deployed TV full module to 80 PCs (all exact the same model) and I have 2 PCs that always show online on teamviewer, the app and web management site.

All these PCs have been added to the same "managed group" recently released on the new TV version. All PCs have exactly the same TV version (custom full 15.42.9 c) and they all have the same policy (because they are on the same group).

I've tried removing TV from those PCs, removing it from the manamement site and add it again and nothing, same issue appears. Even installing the host version instead of the Full TV version produces the same weird issue, so I think this is due to some weird bug on TV side and not these PCs.

I can connect using TV to these PCs when they are "on".

Any tips?

it seems as if we have exactly the same issue as you. 

Did you already find a solution how to fix this problem?
