When I click on the "Replace existing device" button, it takes me here:
May I remind you; this is on the new 15.43.6 version of 2023.

Solution:
1- Go to Edit Profile in the top right side
2- Select License TAB
3- You will see list of Active devices
4- Press Deactivate link under the Device that you want to Deactivate.
