We have Teamviewer Tensor that we use to manage Windows devices for remote assist. We could add a lot of policies to personalize the need and it works well.
We test Android host to manage Android phones but it seems impossible to manage policies with Android Host.
The most blocking point for us is not allowing the user on the phone to accept or refuse remote control.
Quicksupport do it but for us is not anough secure. Anyone could call the user and ask him the id to connect on his phone.
Do you have the same need or we are alone on this? ;-)
