Im under my company users which has a tensor license but my account shows free license?

My teamviwer account is already link to the company management users which has a tensor license but when i log in still shows free license, you know what can I do?

In my opinion, it's a licensing issue. Our customer support team is the one who can help here.

You can check this via About TeamViewer by right-clicking on the TeamViewer icon in the Windows tray.
