Where can I find my license period. I get a message in Teamviewer about not paid my new license

    Generally, you may able to check your license period either from the invoice or Customer Portal:

    • On your TeamViewer invoice, you may able to find purchase information including Invoice Date, Invoice Total, Payment Status, current subscription Billing Period, and next Billing Date.
    • Also, TeamViewer offers a Customer Portal that allows you to manage your customer data, invoices, and subscription. Please note that it is required to activate it in order to access Customer Portal.
