Add a device to multiple groups

Hi,

I would like to restrict users to specific devices but some of those devices might be applicable to multiple groups.

Currently when I try I get an error:

This buddy is already in your buddy list - Error Code: mWZ6HzrtLcZ-3-3-3F-57s

Can you only add a machine to a single list? If so why?

I read this forum post :

and it seemed to confirm that it couldn't be done?
