Hello,

is there any possibility to configure Tensor/ QuickSupport so that whoever connects via Tensor to the client (uses QuickSupport) has no more than view rights. So they can only look, and not click in the customer's computer?

    Hi @AndersF,

We're happy to read your first post in our Community! 😄

Indeed, it is possible with TeamViewer to set up a specific policy that enables only viewing the remote screen.

To set up this policy, the company administrator needs to create a new policy (or add the following policy to one already created) and select: Access Control (outgoing connections) ➜ View and show.

We also recommend you enforce this policy, preventing the users to disable it in their TeamViewer options.

Please find below a screenshot of the process in the Management Console:

Once the policy is created, the company administrator needs to assign it to the devices, either via the Policies tab or via a Device group.

All the information above are also available in our dedicated article here 👉 : Policies Settings

If you have any troubles or questions, feel free to come back to us anytime! 🙂

    Have a great day,
