is there a way to auto enroll monitoring & asset management?

this might be a silly question, but i would like for all of my clients to auto enroll into monitoring & asset management. from what i can tell now, i have to get a device into my account and then manually add it into monitoring and asset management in the management portal.
is there a way to just have it auto enroll in both? can't find it in policies anywhere.
