HOST app freezes randomly on Samsung A34 phone

The HOST app on Samsung A34 freezes randomly. It happens without any reason and does not depend on any external factors. It could happen several times a day or once in a month making it impossible to connect to the host. The only way to bring it back to life is to restart the app. We use this phone to remotely manage blood glucose level of a diabetic kid while she is in the kindergarten, and she obviously can't restart the app herself. The same issue existed in a previous Samsung A12 and since moving to new Samsung A34 nothing changed. The HOST app has all possible permissions, there's no power saving protocols engaged on the phone. We keep the app updated but still the freeze problem exist.
Does anyone had the same problem?
