Device Authorization

I've used TeamViewer for 2 years on this device and today it is not trusted?

I am not able to sign into the Teamviewer App but clearly I can sign into the Web.

What gives?

Finally was able to sign in

When I try the TeamViewer help I get - Knowledge-Category not found.
