Does the person I assist also require a business licence

Does the person I assist also require a business licence? I have had a licence for 8 months and have yet to figure out hoiw I am allowed to use it.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community!

In general, a TeamViewer license is only required on the local device. This means the person you assist (remote user) does not need a TeamViewer license as long as you make an authorized connection using your licensed TeamViewer account on the local device.
