Can't connect

I have teamviewer installed on ubuntu on both my desktop and laptop. I want to use teamviewer to work on my desktop through my laptop as I am traveling. I have the user ID and password for my desktop and was able to log in with no problems. My internet suddenly dropped and came back but now I can't reconnect to my desktop with the same login ID and password. Has the login ID and password on my desktop changed even though it didn't lose internet connection? Is there any way I can access my desktop now?
