Hello, does anyone know how to reset the security PIN on the account? I don't recall setting one? I can't find anything on the knowledge base.
Any help would be really appreciated.

Thank you for the quick response, I did follow those steps prior to ask here, and when I am at the final step of deactivating the Second Step Authentication is asking for the PIN, when I try to reset the password or change the password also ask for the PIN, I do have the recovery Key already, but still when I try to any of the above it ask for the PIN.
I don't recall setting any PIN to be honest.
I am in the process of testing this product in order to purchase a pro license.

The PIN that is asked - if it's a 6-digit code - is the code generated via an authentication app.
Indeed, when you activate the Two-Factor Authentication, you need to link your TeamViewer account with an authentication app. Once the set up is ready, each time you want to connect to your account or reset the password, you need to enter this PIN.
Could you please check if you have installed an authentication app on your mobile phone?
