After activating the premium license I cannot add users. I get a red error message: user could not be created. Try again. What am I doing wrong?

Could you please check how the user's TeamViewer account has been created?
If the new sign-in method is used ( sign in via Google or Microsoft email account), Google and Microsoft accounts are only compatible for personal use at the moment. Therefore, please try using a standard TeamViewer account.
Kindly reply to this comment with a screenshot of the error message if the issue persists.

Problem now solved! User already had an account. It worked with an alternative email address. Thank you!
