Unattended Easy Access

I was tasked to investigate how our TV account is set up. Management is concerned regarding the Unattended Easy access enabled on all devices in the company. What exactly can these 4 managers do if this option is enabled?

They can access the computer without needing the end user to accept. If the computer is locked they will be taken to the lock screen however, if the computer is unlocked they will be taken to the users desktop and see what the user is seeing. A popup will be displayed saying the such and such user is connected when they connect in.
